MURCIA PROJECTS
A NEW PLACE. A PERSONAL BEGINNING.OUR STORY STARTS WITH YOURS
A home abroad.
A feeling of belonging.
Murcia Projects is built around a simple idea: your new home in Spain should feel like your own.
Our focus is furniture, interiors, kitchens and outdoor living for English-speaking owners of new-build homes in the Region of Murcia. We bring the decisions together — how a room works, how the furniture feels and how the fabrics soften the light.
Whether you are planning a permanent move, a holiday retreat or a place for longer stays, we begin with how you want to live. Then we help translate that into a coherent, personal space.

BEFORE WE SAY HELLO
A little more
clarity.
Can we start while I am still abroad?
Yes. The first consultation is online. A floor plan, property photos and an estimated handover date are useful starting points. Any measurements needed before ordering will be confirmed in your proposal.
How much does a furniture package cost?
It depends on the number of rooms, furniture specifications, fabrics and services you choose. Share your budget and floor plan so we can discuss a suitable scope. A written quote will confirm pricing, VAT and exclusions.
What happens during the free 15-minute session?
We discuss your new property, style, budget and priorities, and suggest a next step. It is an introductory conversation, not a full design service, and there is no obligation to proceed.
Are delivery, assembly and curtain fitting included?
These are confirmed separately in your written quote. Do not assume they are included in a furniture or design package. Dates depend on the agreed scope and product availability.
Can I enquire about a kitchen, pergola or enclosure separately?
Yes. Kitchens, bioclimatic pergolas, outdoor furniture and glazed aluminium enclosures can be discussed as individual projects or alongside your furnishing plans. Share photos, approximate dimensions and your priorities. We will confirm the proposed scope, specifications and next steps for your property.
Can I choose curtains or design advice on its own?
Yes. You can enquire about curtains, 2D layouts, 3D visualisations or online advice independently of a full furniture package.
