MURCIA PROJECTS · UPDATED 4 NOVEMBER 2026

Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible for your information?

The controller for enquiries sent to Murcia Projects is Vanessa Michelle Espinoza Vega, contact address: Calle Travesía Molino, 2, 30205 Cartagena, Murcia, Spain. Contact hello@murciaprojects.com or +34 667 309 074 with privacy questions or rights requests.

2. Information you provide

The enquiry form requests your name, email address, property town or area, service of interest, indicative project budget and any message you choose to provide. When you contact us through WhatsApp, we also receive the telephone number and profile information made available through that service. Emails may include your sender address, message, attachments and ordinary email metadata.

Please provide only information needed to discuss your project. Identity documents, payment card details and sensitive personal information are not requested in the introductory form. Required fields allow us to understand and reply to an enquiry; you can also contact us directly by email or telephone.

3. How the website form works

The form prepares a message locally in your browser. It does not submit an enquiry to a Murcia Projects website database. Choosing WhatsApp opens an external WhatsApp link containing the form details, which are passed to that service when the link opens. You then review and send the message to us there. Choosing email opens a draft in your email application. An appointment is confirmed separately after we agree a time with you.

4. Purposes and legal bases

The enquiry checkbox acknowledges this privacy information and requests a response. It does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not use these enquiries to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

5. How long information is kept

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed to answer it and handle any follow-up or proposal you request. Information that is no longer needed for those purposes is deleted, except where limited retention or restriction of access is necessary to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If a contract is agreed, relevant records are retained according to applicable contractual, accounting and tax obligations.

6. Service providers and recipients

Zoho Mail provides the business email service. WhatsApp provides the optional messaging channel. The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure; the hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser or device information, access logs and security information needed to deliver and protect the website. While access is private, the hosting platform also operates its own sign-in process.

Providers may process information on behalf of the business or for their own service purposes, according to their role and applicable terms. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. No customer enquiry database, advertising pixel or analytics integration is configured in the website code.

Provider information: Zoho privacy policy, WhatsApp privacy policy, OpenAI European privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy.

7. International processing

External providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. The location and applicable safeguards depend on the service, account region and provider arrangements. Their published privacy and transfer information describes the use of adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other applicable safeguards. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry. This policy does not imply that all email or messaging data remains in Spain or the EU.

8. Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send your request to hello@murciaprojects.com or write to the contact address above. We may request proportionate additional information where needed to verify your identity.

You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), particularly if you consider that your request has not been appropriately addressed.

9. Changes

This policy reflects the current enquiry flow. It will be updated if the contact channels, providers or purposes of processing change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
